B3 Systems makes it
easier for you to integrate a baghouse monitoring program into your
process instrumentation and process control system. We can set up
digital communications with a single instrument on the stack or a
network of instruments on baghouse compartments.
Process
Integration
B3
Systems is experienced with various communication protocols used by DCS
and PLC systems. Using the TOGA "GLADIATOR" embedded
computer, we can provide a web-based interface and integrate process
data into an environmental reporting database. Data can be accessed
remotely from any node on your network using HTML screens.
Data
Management
The
TOGA unit provides local data storage that can be periodically
downloaded to a central database for storage. We offer a full range of reporting
options for keeping track of alarms, reasons, and corrective actions.
Data is stored in an ODBC-compliant database that can be accessed by
almost any windows -based spreadsheet or database program.
Remote
Calibration/Troubleshooting
Digital
communications with the individual baghouse leak detectors allows us to
calibrate your baghouse leak detectors remotely using the procedures in
EPA's OPAQPS FABRIC FILTER BAG LEAK DETECTION GUIDANCE. We can also
review sensor diagnostics to make sure that the sensors are operating
within normal parameters.

Approach

Systems we believe in giving you the ability to make changes to your
screens and reports. We use HTML screens that can be easily
reconfigured to meet your needs. We also use an ODBC-compliant open
database so that you can easily access the raw data from a wide variety
of windows-based programs. Rather than using proprietary reporting
packages, we use MS Access so that you are free to make changes on your
own.
